Meet the Team
David Ramirez
FOUNDER/CO-OWNER
David's career in the Kitchen and Bath industry spans more than 20 years, with roots in hands-on installations that eventually led to the ownership of his own installation company. His corporate experience saw him rise from a brand-new green field contributor to a highly respected branch manager and ultimately, president, solidifying his reputation in the industry.
David is now charting a new course in business ownership, where he will leverage his visionary leadership in field operations, strategic decision-making, and overall business strategy. His commitment to creating value for his clients and partners makes him an asset to the industry and is looking to achieve new height of success with his new venture ELEV8 Kitchen and Bath.
Fun Fact:
David enjoys traveling and takes every opportunity to explore new destinations, immersing himself in different cultures and experiences. In addition to playing, David loves attending sporting events, where he can support and root for his favorite teams, such as Inter Miami CF & the Miami Dolphins. Whether he's on the field or in the stands, David's passion for sports is a significant part of his life. David has also recently taken on snowboarding.

Muriel Palma
FOUNDER/CO-OWNER
Muriel Palma is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience and has established herself as a leader in the Kitchen and Bath industry. Her educational background in Interior Design and hands-on expertise have led to leadership positions and a reputation as a trusted advisor.
After climbing the corporate ladder through the ranks of a traditionally male-dominated industry, she has fearlessly defied the odds to achieve stunning career advancements, excelling in high-level executive roles and has achieved extraordinary success by taking a company`s revenue from 28 million to 70 million in just 5 years. Her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have positioned her as a visionary leader in the competitive business landscape.
Muriel has now set sights on empowering others through her groundbreaking new company; ELEV8 Kitchen and Bath, where her leadership and expertise shine. She manages operations, decision-making, overall business strategy and clients’ relations in her business.

In her free time, Muriel enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it's a cozy movie night at home or a fun day out. She has a passion for traveling and loves to explore new cultures, always eager to learn and embrace different ways of life. Muriel is also a food enthusiast, relishing the opportunity to try different cuisines and discover unique flavors from around the world. Her love for dancing is another way she expresses her zest for life, finding joy in moving to the rhythm and connecting with others through music.

Kevin Palma
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Kevin began his career in finance, where he developed a keen understanding of data analysis, financial reporting, and resource management. His analytical skills and attention to detail helped him excel in understanding complex financial systems and creating strategic insights for business growth.
With almost three years of experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry, Kevin expanded his expertise by taking on roles that required a deep understanding of industry-specific financial operations. Leveraging the knowledge gained from his finance background, Kevin transitioned into operations, where he has successfully applied his analytical skills to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency. His experience in both finance and operations has prepared him to effectively coordinate projects, contribute to continuous process improvement, and progress the day to day operations.
Kevin's unique blend of financial acumen and operational expertise makes him a valuable asset to our team at ELEV8 Kitchen and Bath, as he continues to drive excellence and innovation in his role.

In his free time, Kevin loves spending time with his girlfriend and family. His relationships are incredibly important to him, and he values the time spent with those closest to him. Kevin loves to play sports on his off time, whether it is continuing his passion for ice hockey or playing golf & pickleball. He enjoys the friendly competition outside the office and values the camaraderie & friendships that develop through his involvement in these sports. In addition to his love for sports, Kevin enjoys traveling around the globe.
